RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied with one of our products when you received it, you have 14 days to return it and we will refund your money.
Please note that we do not make online exchanges, you can contact us to manage an exchange or, if you prefer, you can process a return and place a new order. In any case, you will have to contact us at demoraesinfo@gmail.com and we will provide you with the shipping address.
In the event that you do not like the product you ordered and wish to return it, you will be responsible for shipping the package. We recommend that you do so with a transport agency that provides you with a tracking number, as we are not responsible for possible losses.
For returns in Spain: €4.90 will be deducted from the total refund for shipping costs, in the event that the shipping selected by the customer was standard (or a free shipping promotion was active). And €8.90 will be deducted if the shipping chosen by the customer was 24-48h.
For returns to other destinations: The shipping costs paid for the shipment of the product will be deducted from the total refund (these vary depending on the destination country)
If Demoraes has made a mistake with your order, we will assume the shipping costs.
Once we have received the package and verified that it is in perfect condition, we will issue a credit to the original payment method. The refund takes between 5 and 10 business days.
In any case, contact us at demoraesinfo@gmail.com explaining the reason for the return and we will reply as soon as possible.
WARRANTY
All our jewelry has a three-month warranty from the date of delivery of the order. The warranty will only apply in those cases where there is a manufacturing defect, and the damage has not been caused by misuse. Please note that our items are in contact with the skin and we are not responsible for their use and the products with which they have been used. The guarantee is valid against defects in materials and/or workmanship. In these cases, the product will be collected, repaired and sent to the customer and all costs will be borne by Demoraes, but in no case will the money be refunded. We respond to any incident caused by a manufacturing problem with our jewelry, but not for breakages caused by misuse, accident or natural wear and tear of pieces and gold plating due to intensive use of the pieces.
In any case, and after the guarantee period has elapsed, we offer an after-sales repair service that we will estimate in each case and will be borne by the customer, including shipping costs.
